Orders and timing

Full payment and complete event information are required before custom work begins. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from that point. Rush work is subject to availability and any stated rush fee.

Revisions and scope

Packages include two revision rounds before final approval. A revision round may include multiple changes submitted together. New features, expanded guest limits, major redesigns and changes after approval may require additional payment.

Refunds and third-party costs

Before work begins, a customer may request a refund less non-refundable processing costs. Once custom work begins, no full refund is issued. Completed work, approved work, purchased domains, third-party costs and rush fees are non-refundable. Any approved partial refund is limited to unfinished work.

Customer-provided materials

Customers confirm they have permission to submit and use their photos, music directions, logos, names and other materials. Crowned may decline unlawful, deceptive, harmful or rights-infringing requests.

Technology and event use

Digital services depend on compatible devices, internet access and third-party providers. Crowned will address problems within its reasonable control but cannot promise uninterrupted availability of outside platforms or networks.

Referral partners

Partners must identify their relationship to Crowned, make no income or product guarantees, follow platform and group rules, and avoid spam. Commission applies only to eligible, verified purchases attributed under the agreed rules. No partner is required to pay or recruit others.
