What Crowned collects

We collect the contact, event, guest, creative and payment-reference information you submit, along with files you intentionally upload. Square processes payment-card information; Crowned does not receive or store full card numbers.

How it is used

Information is used to verify orders, create and deliver your experience, communicate about the project, provide support and maintain necessary business records. Referral codes may be used to attribute a sale and calculate partner commission.

Who can access it

Order information and uploaded materials are restricted to Crowned’s private business tools and service providers needed for hosting, storage, payment processing and email delivery. Crowned does not sell customer information.

Your responsibility

Only upload materials you have permission to use. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, financial-account details or other unnecessary sensitive information. A parent or legal guardian should submit information and images involving children.

Questions or requests

To request a correction or deletion where available, email crownedbytyquanda@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for payments, disputes, security or legal obligations.
